92-Current Ford E-Series/Class C Steering Damper Kit

These kits fit all the 2wd van chassis combinations from '92-current and come with the frame and drag link mounts, hardware, and a brand new Monroe or Bilstein damper. This kit will work with stock or most lifted 2wd van platforms. These kits help your van track straighter and avoid those nasty bump steer situations that can be dangerous as the vehicles age. The setup is an easy kit to install and makes a drastic difference in the handling and steering characteristics of the van's I-beam chassis design.

If you are interested in upgrading the damper to a more durable and custom unit, we offer a Bilstein direct replacement shock at an additional cost.

Note- OEM components are used whenever possible but comparable or improved hardware may be substituted depending on availability. As of June 2021 we are including an updated and improved tie rod mounting bracket with all kits. This new design takes the OEM features and improves them with added strength due to thicker material (1/4" laser cut steel plate) and larger u-bolts (3/8" compared to the OEM 5/16"). The dampers are all brand new. The kits come with instructions for an easy installation and require an M10x1.5 tap that can be purchased as an option as well.
